After you share your requirements with us (via email, website, or call). We will send you a quotation within 24 hours. Now you will have a chance to confirm pricing, estimated time of delivery, and other details.

Place the order

Review the samples (if applicable) and confirm payment terms (advance payment).

Corrugated boxes consist of three layers:                                                                                                      1. Outer liner (smooth kraft paper)

2. Fluted middle layer (arched paper for cushioning)  

3. Inner liner (provides structure)  

They are typically made from recycled paper and are fully recyclable.  

Cardboard boxes are made from thick, single-layer paperboard (e.g., cereal boxes).  

Corrugated boxes are made from Multi-layered with fluting for strength (used for shipping).

Triple-wall can hold 100+ lbs  

Weight capacity also depends on box size, flute type, and material quality. 

Yes! Custom sizes, Brand printing (logos, colors), Specialty finishes (gloss/matte, embossing) Inserts & dividers for fragile items and many other types of customizations are possible. Even wax coatings liners and laminated finishes can be added to your box for water resistance!

Yes, you can get FDA approval and use food-safe inks/coatings to create food packaging as well. Common examples of food grade boxes are pizza boxes, takeout containers and dry food shipping boxes.
